Warranty

The Schumann Wave Generator comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  1. If your device or accessories are found to be defective under normal use according to the instructions, we will repair or replace it free of charge within the 1-year warranty period.
  2. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and a description of the defect. Please contact our support team to initiate the warranty process.
  3. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow the product instructions.
  4. After the warranty period, we continue to offer repair and service options. Material, labor, and shipping costs will be charged as appropriate for post-warranty service.

If you don’t feel a difference in your sleep, focus, or relaxation, you may return the device. We want you to love it, period. Please note that this guarantee applies to frequency generators only. All other products may be returned only if they are in their original, unopened condition.

Return Conditions

  1. The product must be returned in its original condition.
  2. Both the device and the packaging (including all interior elements) must show no signs of damage.
  3. The original packaging must be sealed inside an additional shipping box or shipping bag , just as it was received.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Inspection & Refund processing

After the return is received at our warehouse, it will go through an inspection process. Refund authorization and processing typically take 7-14 business days from the date the return is received.

Refund & Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund where applicable. There are no additional return or handling fees beyond these shipping costs. If Package Protection was added at checkout, this fee is non-refundable, as it covers the shipment itself.
